Alternative to "TEXT" command for Mobile Excel?

I'm having problems with a spreadsheet i created on my desktop.
I am currently forced to use the "Text" command to convert deciaml time figures into "h;mm" within excel.
I have just discovered that this command appears to not be suppoerted on my Windows Mobile 6 pocket pc phone.
Can you advise if this is the case, and a possible work around to solve it.
